About Anthony Scott Greco
Anthony Greco is a Managing Director in PwC\'s Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Advisory practice with a focus on our clients’ Government Risk and Compliance related matters. Anthony has worked with his clients to assess and design enhancements to their corporate compliance programs against the expected elements of an effective compliance program as defined by the applicable US and International laws, regulations, and industry codes. Anthony has worked with senior level executives (including c-suite) to develop multi-year compliance program strategies, including both short-term and long-terms goals and has worked closely with his clients to implement the operational enhancements to support this strategy. He has also led projects to assess pharmaceutical companies’ ability to manage a spectrum of healthcare compliance risks, providing detailed insights to the appropriate governance structure for a compliance function, policy management and training as well as risk assessment and monitoring. Anthony has prepared companies for their obligations under a Corporate Integrity Agreement, including conducting CIA Readiness assessments and mock-IRO testing. Anthony has provided support to his clients on other risk & regulatory considerations including Government Pricing, Commercial Contracting (including Gross to Net and Managed Markets), Spend and Price Transparency and Third Party Risk Management.
