ABOUT ANTHONY SARTORI

Anthony’s purpose is to build a connected society. He is a professional speaker and social entrepreneur. He is the founder and executive director of Evolving Minds, a mental health nonprofit with the mission to create a culture of care.Anthony has developed innovative workplace mental health programs that center social connection, community, and organizational culture. He has supported hundreds of workplaces and trained thousands of leaders across diverse sectors, including nonprofits, philanthropy, universities, retail, and public education. Program outcomes have demonstrated compelling impact: fostering environments where employees feel \"valued as whole people,\" increasing workplace empathy and trust, and reducing anxiety, stress, and burnout. Anthony serves as a national speaker through both Active Minds and Weave: The Social Fabric Project of the Aspen Institute. His recent speaking engagements include Vanderbilt University and the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia\'s Shape of the Region Conference. His work has been featured on Baltimore’s NPR and the Chronicle of Philanthropy. Anthony has been honored by Maryland Governor Wes Moore\'s Office on Service and Volunteerism, awarded the Baltimore Weaver Award by the Aspen Institute, received the Rising Terp Alumni Excellence Award by the University of Maryland, and was showcased in the Change the World Exhibit by the Do Good Institute.He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland, is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins Social Innovation Lab, and earned a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certificate.
