The three things that most inspire me to jump into work every day are:1. Discovering, defining, and then driving awesome new opportunities to use technology in creative ways to grow our business. Being a thought leader. Coming up with big ideas and making them happen. Spending time working with the wonderful, diverse people on and around my team. Motivating us all to grow and do better.3. Identifying and removing obstacles to my team’s ability to be the best delivery organization around. Sometimes that means completely changing the way that we work.I have focused much of my career on starting, delivering and then growing large-scale, global digital programs. Examples include employee collaboration, global B2B eCommerce, partner APIs, global web presence, software sales and partner marketplace, marketing automation and operations, among others.I do this by maintaining an in-depth understanding of our company and customer’s strategies, building lasting, collaborative relationships across our businesses and functions, staying up-to-date on technology trends, establishing and coaching high-performing, diverse teams, and concentrating on the outcomes that really matter. Today I lead a team of over 120 remarkable technology professionals. I am continuously amazed by their drive, commitment and skill. We are laser focused on creating the best experiences possible while making life easy for our customers both inside and outside the company. Right now I am also leading the IT organization\'s shift to product-centric ways of working. We will be more customer-centric, quicker to deliver value, focused on business outcomes, agile in every way, and providing great career progression for our teams.I am equally as passionate about my life outside of work. I am a devoted volunteer ice hockey and soccer coach. My wife and I have been making wine and traveling the world for years. I love to run and take our dogs for walks.
