   Working with current and prospective Senior Living partners throughout the FOX footprint. Communicating with regional leadership, clinicians, and executives from each facility to establish a continuum of care that is effective in improving the functional well-being of their residents. FOX is an entrepreneurial private practice focused on providing PT, OT, and SLP rehabilitation services to the geriatric population. FOX is an \"outpatient therapy service on wheels\", allowing therapists to utilize each clients unique home environment to maximize their rehab potential. Homebound status is not necessary for a geriatric client to qualify for therapeutic services or specialty programs focused on dementia, oncology and safe driving. FOX relies on the strength and compassion of each clinician to motivate and inspire their clients toward achieving the highest possible quality of life.
