Driven by a passion to solve problems, optimize systems and develop solutions that are as effective and efficient as possible. Finding the right balance between time and effort and the end solution. Whether this be putting together a customers solution, business plan or industry sector study, there always has to be a time for analysis and time for action. My belief is that customers should always come first and once you truly get to know and understand a customer through customer engagement, then you can really help them. I love to learn new technology, systems and applications as this gives me the ability to step back see the bigger picture as well as being able to dive deep into areas where I can see room for improvement. A true team player as it takes more than one person to effectively implement any solution or project, with the focus and attention to run independently. Finding a balance between short term wins and planting seeds for long term benefits.
