Offering Solutions That Work We’ve helped many papermakers convert their antique paper machines from newsprint to linerboard. These rebuilt machines are now producing paper up to feet per minute faster and are subsequently helping converters meet increased demand created by companies like Amazon.One of our customers was experiencing issues with sheet quality because of moisture profile issues. The mill was running speeds as high as 1,400 feet per minute without Turbulator bars. After purchasing and installing Turbulator bars, the mill ultimately improved the heat transfer and created a uniform moisture profile across the machine.I take great pride in helping my customers advance their processes and ultimately improve their bottom line.
