My background is in project management. It includes assisting and directing renovations and new construction. These include commercial, retail and many types of multi family projects such as Garden style, High Density and Epicore. Over the past 29 years I have worked on projects ranging from to $32 million in all areas of the Southeast. I am adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. I am skilled in due diligence, vendor negotiation, scope development, value engineering, client management and am able to coordinate and liaison with design and construction professionals. These include local and federal officials, clients and senior management.In addition to my extensive knowledge and experience in construction and renovation management, I also possess well-developed business skills, and am able to serve as primary contact to clients throughout all project phases. I have the ability to determine needs, prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and cost estimates, and negotiate with clients, vendors, and contractors.I have made numerous contributions to my present and former employers which benefit the bottom line.
