I specialize in strategic threat intelligence and geopolitical risk for defense-tech and critical technology environments. My work focuses on translating ambiguous external threat indicators, insider-risk signals, and operational vulnerabilities into decision-enabling assessments providing calibrated security recommendations.At Amazon Leo for Government, I built the program’s threat-analysis capability and designed a mixed-method parametric network risk model using Monte Carlo simulation to test exposure, degradation pathways, and mitigation effectiveness under external pressure. My work integrates geopolitical context, threat actor behavior, insider-risk indicators, and program dependencies into a unified decision framework for leadership.Previously, I led security strategy across sensitive technology and regulated environments, including program security, supply chain security, access-control modernization, and control implementation aligned to NIST, CMMC, EAR, ITAR, NISPOM, SEAD, and ISL requirements. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Geopolitical Risk Analyst focused on Sino-U.S. competition, defense technology, and open-source intelligence.I hold an MA in International Security from the University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School, where my research focused on civil-military fusion, computational propaganda, and industrial espionage. I have published and worked at the intersection of geopolitics, strategic intelligence, and enterprise security. I also am a U.S. Coast Guard veteran who trained LE teams and led AT/FP operations for critical infrastructure.
