I have spent much of my career helping UK Public Sector teams work together with less friction and more impact. I am an Account Executive at Box, focused on practical outcomes that save time, reduce cost, and improve services.Within the Public Sector and in Higher Education, I see how siloes slow everything down. It is similar with core public services - insecure or lengthy processes, often driven by manual handling of content like contracts, application forms, FOI requests, and identification documents, create risk and delay. The result is more admin, less capacity, and a poorer experience for citizens and staff.Across Government, Police and Higher Education, the mandate is consistent - that technology must show measurable value, quickly. It is not about another tool. It is about proving time back to frontline teams, reducing risk, and improving outcomes. For example, police forces use Box to ingest and securely share digital evidence, saving significant officer hours and helping deliver a better citizen experience and perception. When the value is visible and quantifiable, adoption follows.I partner with Public Sector organisations to simplify how they manage and collaborate on content. My job is to understand pressures, map quick wins, and build a plan that stands up to scrutiny.
