As Manager of NIL Strategy and Partnerships for Penn State Athletics through Playfly Sports, I help drive the development and execution of NIL opportunities that support both student-athletes and brand partners. I work closely with our amazing team to build campaigns that reflect Penn State’s values while helping athletes grow their personal brands.I collaborate with local and national sponsors, coaches, and athletic staff to create impactful partnerships and ensure a smooth experience from initial conversations to campaign delivery. Whether it’s a social media activation or a community event, the goal is to create NIL programs that benefit everyone involved and represent the Penn State spirit. My role bridges the gap between brand vision and athlete impact by: • Building strategic NIL campaigns that align with athletic department values and community expectations • Facilitating partnerships between local, regional, and national brands and PSU athletes across multiple sports • Managing deliverables, compliance, and storytelling through social and in-person activations • Collaborating with coaches, athletic staff, and sponsors to amplify NIL visibility and long-term success • Elevating the student-athlete experience through purpose-driven NIL opportunities rooted in education, brand growth, and leadership developmentThis role sits at the intersection of athlete advocacy, partnership development, and creative marketing—driving real-world results in one of the most passionate collegiate sports environments in the country.
