From founding a learning technology company and scaling it to 45 employees, to serving as Dean of Academic Affairs, to helping architect a global competency and skills framework across Daimler Truck\'s North American, European, and international business units — I\'ve consistently operated at the place where talent strategy meets business outcomes.My work spans the full spectrum of human capital development: skills architecture, instructional design, executive communications, brand leadership, and digital learning innovation. I\'ve built programs from the ground up, led cross-functional teams across multiple countries, partnered with C-suite leaders, and delivered learning solutions ranging from SCORM-compliant simulations to immersive AR/VR experiences to enterprise-wide Workday-integrated skills frameworks.What drives me is the belief that learning strategy, when done well, isn\'t an HR function — it\'s a competitive advantage.
