I\'ve watched it happen across Telecom, Technology, and Financial Services — promising pilots get executive buy-in, budgets get approved, and then somewhere between proof-of-concept and global rollout, momentum dies. That\'s the specific problem I\'ve spent 16 years learning how to solve.At Deloitte, I saw the gap between strategy decks and operational reality up close. That gap bothered me enough to spend the next decade and a half closing it.At Revel, I built and run a global practice of designers and operators across the US, LATAM, EU, and India — managing full P&L, delivery, and talent simultaneously. Not as a consultant who hands off a recommendation, but as the operator who stays until results show up on the business. We\'ve consistently delivered 40–50% improvements in operational efficiency by designing the entire system around AI — people, process, and technology together.What I do for clients today:I work with CEOs, COOs, and transformation leads who are sitting on an AI roadmap that isn\'t converting into results.
