Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver engaging learning programs to meet the needs of HC One staff, including care home managers, healthcare assistants, nurses, and other support staff.Collaborate with leaders and team members to assess learning needs and develop tailored training solutions for a diverse workforce.Facilitate workshops and training sessions in various formats (classroom, virtual, blended), focusing on both soft and technical skills.Provide training on core topics such as patient care, compliance, health and safety, leadership development, and personal growth.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.Support staff development by promoting career growth and offering ongoing guidance and coaching.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee engagement, motivation, and retention across the Birmingham and Coventry regions.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and facilitation skillsExperience in instructional design and content developmentAbility to assess learning needs and measure training outcomesProficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and training toolsPassion for employee development and continuous improvementKnowledge of healthcare and care home industry-specific training requirements
