Promoting an atmosphere of empathy, warmth and friendliness. Patrolling the interior and exterior grounds of the facility. Monitoring all security systems and equipment. Reporting any suspicious activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities and the Director of Operations. Maintaining accurate security and resident services logs. Assist in all medical and non-medical emergencies while remaining with the resident. Respond to residents who locked themselves out of their apartment. Checking on residents who return from the hospital. Controlling and monitoring entryway traffic into the facility. Confirm check-in and check-out procedures are followed by visitors and vendors. Conduct floor checks, and ensure all resident doors are locked. Responsible for assuring that all residents are accounted for. Monitor Tower’s activities and programs. Maintain the safety and order of residents. Perform assignments/special projects authorized by the President/CEO, COO, or Director of Operations. twenty-four hour on-call. Spend time interacting with residents.
