About Anthony Pacilio
Anthony Pacilio is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in neurodiverse employment and serves as Co-Founder and Chief Inclusion Officer at F90 Solutions. He previously held executive leadership roles as Chief Inclusion Officer at Soho Square Solutions and Vice President of CAI Neurodiverse Solutions, where he led the expansion of enterprise neurodiversity programs and scaled inclusive workforce initiatives across global clients.Prior to CAI, Pacilio served as Vice President and Global Head of Autism at Work at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where he helped design and scale one of the world’s leading neurodiversity hiring and workforce inclusion programs. Across his career, he has led neurodiversity recruiting strategies, built global candidate pipelines, and developed best-practice models for onboarding, training, and workplace enablement. His professional background also includes technical and commercial leadership roles in banking, financial services, and healthcare with MBNA America, Bank of America, and Cigna.An accomplished author, keynote speaker, and lecturer, Pacilio has delivered more than 500 presentations globally since 2015 to corporate leaders, universities, nonprofits, and professional associations. He has been featured by organizations including Disability:IN, ASPEN, NASPA, the Diversity Research Inclusion Conference, the India Autism at Work Summit, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.Pacilio is a contributing author to the Autism at Work Playbook, a leading industry guide developed in partnership with Microsoft, SAP, EY, JPMorgan Chase, and Washington University’s Information School. He has lectured on the future of neurodiversity in the workplace at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and previously lectured for Stanford University School of Medicine’s Neurodiversity Project.In recognition of his leadership and impact, Pacilio received the Adam Heavner Award from the Autism Society (2019) in partnership with JPMorgan Chase’s Autism at Work program. He has also served on the Advisory Board of Exceptional Academy and as a Board Member of Specialisterne, Inc.A graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a B.S. in Mass Media and Communications, Pacilio is a lifelong advocate for autism inclusion and the development of high-performing, inclusive workforces.
