About Anthony J. Oneill
In our information-age society, cybersecurity and data privacy have become a paramount concern and an increasingly broad area of public policy. From procuring IT products and services from third-party vendors to data-sharing arrangements, from social engineering techniques performed by cyber criminals to defending our critical infrastructure, from protecting our personal freedom to its effect on public safety and international relations, issues of data privacy and security are everywhere. I\'m privileged to assist my colleagues in the reorganization of the Commonwealth\'s IT function to improve data security, safeguard privacy, and promote better service delivery.
