Diadem is a multidisciplinary Design & Project Management consultancy that shapes brands for the built environment through strategic signage, wayfinding and experiential branding.As an Industrial Designer, I conduct end-to-end design delivery across major projects — transforming brand strategy into physical experiences with carefully considered signage and wayfinding systems.Key Responsibilities: • Translating complex client briefs into solutions that connect people to place. • Designing for manufacture/tender wayfinding systems and skyscraper signage for commercial environments. • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients across design, engineering, account management, and project delivery • Managing supplier and fabricator engagement to ensure design viability, sustainability, and end-user functionalityKey Achievements: • Delivered iconic skyscraper signage for national brands across Australia • Rolled out signage suites for the aged care, tourism, petrol & convenience and education sectors • Redesigned and prototyped a corporate bank\'s ATM signage suite to maximise circularity and sustainability throughout it\'s component life cycle. – Led R&D into alternative materials with lower embodied carbon – Prototyped and tested reponsible materials in live operational environments – Optimised the design to use fewer materials, streamline manufacturing, and reduce installation complexity – Designed and realised a fully modular, serviceable, and replaceable system that retained brand integrity while reducing waste and the impact on the environment
