Established in 1985, AMF focuses on developing and bringing to market innovative medical devices and therapies, working closely with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners. Our areas of expertise include implantable medical devices, neuromodulation, drug delivery systems, and diagnostic tools. AMF focuses on early-stage ideas and technologies and has the engineering, quality system, clinical-grade GMP manufacturing, clinical and regulatory expertise, along with patient capital, to see them through clinical feasibility studies. As the Director of Electrical Engineering at AMF, I oversee and participate in all phases of the electrical engineering development of medical devices from early concept through clinical use. Plan and manage the development and prototyping of electronic circuit designs supporting active medical implant technology. Interface with outside resources, such as consultants, contract engineering services, vendors and academic partners. Manage engineering teams and other electrical engineering staff members. Hire engineers to grow our team.
