Director of Information of Technology, since 2005 - I have been directly involved in the evolution and usage of technology within many of the City of Oshkosh\'s services.As a skilled IT professional I have grown with the technology industry since 1987. The basis of my management skill is to look at a process, evaluate how it can be made better, implement the technology to achieve the goal and then evaluate the process again to ensure goals are met and determine if additional improvement can be acquired.I have worked up through the ranks and obtained a very unique skillset along the way. I have worked in everything from mainframe operator, computer programmer, data entry, PC technician, LAN/WAN Administration, network architect, forensic analysis, system security analyst & project leader.
