Provides regulatory reports and ensure that the team members complete the task assigned to them within the Service Level Agreement(SLA). • Acts as the subject matter expert on business requirements pertaining to the CRM application, collaborate closely with the Business Analysts to understand system requirements and implement appropriate solutions. • Provides solutions to the client on urgent business task that requires immediate execution. • Triage, troubleshoot and resolve application issues, working closely with end-users and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. • Create/maintain policy and operational documents to guide the team in executing daily task and deepen their knowledge of the CRM application. • Provide work-arounds for immediate service restoration and liase with L3 Support for the permanent resolution on the challenges raised on the application. • Provides supports, leadership and guidance to the team members on the day to day challenges. • Lead improvement and support continuous improvement of our customers\' experience by proactively analyzing request and incident trends, identify potential challenges and proffer solutions to it. • Working across multiple databases like Oracle, Cassandra, MYSQL, Mongo and writing PLSQL and SQL scripts to generate reports for senior management decision making. • Monitor the application, analyze transaction logs and proactively resolve the issues or provide workaround so as to avoid service disruption.
