ABOUT ANTHONY NATICCHIONI

Anthony Naticchioni is a Director with HREA’s national healthcare real estate group. He has over 26 years of commercial real estate experience advising Sale / Leaseback transactions totaling approximately $3 billion in total value. Anthony works closely with healthcare providers, practice groups, health systems, private equity, REITs and developers in navigating various monetization strategies of single-tenant and multi-tenant medical buildings, as well as portfolio dispositions, site selection, entitlement and development, capital sourcing, and §1031 tax-deferred exchange strategies. Anthony serves HREA’s clients by advising and executing financial and real estate strategies that address both the operational aspects of the practice or surgery center and the real estate.Prior to HREA, Anthony was the Managing Principal of an Investment Real Estate and Advisory firm. Previously, he was Managing Director for an investment bank leading the company’s national real estate capital markets platform and the Senior Managing Director of a real estate investment advisory firm in Los Angeles. Anthony earned his B.S. Degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from California Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and North Carolina.
