Recognize, train, coach, and provide meaningful feedback to support talent development and active performance management to meet AP business objectives. • Develop and maintain strong Store AP team relationships with store and field leaders influencing and educating them on Assets Protection processes and key initiatives. • Provide talent assessment of AP team and clearly communicate to STLs, HRBPs and DTLs in succession planning, talent routines, and intentional placement of AP leaders in your districts. Influence and educate leadership on Assets Protection processes and key initiatives. • Engage, teach and train all store teams and DTLs to use shortage tools and reporting. • Drive a shortage culture focused on awareness and leveraging resources effectively. • Consult, support and engage Store Investigators to drive the execution of theft and prevention tactics. • Drive a compliance culture that mitigates financial and legal risk by focusing on compliance, integrity and safety. Ensure the team is following all best practices (ESIM, OSHA, RX, etc.). • Teach, train and lead store leadership teams through high level response to crisis and security incidents; follow up and provide feedback to DTLs and APMLs. • Drive a safe and secure culture focused on education and preventing incidents with store leaders, district and group teams. • Lead store and district teams with effective law enforcement partnerships by executing practices outlined in the Public Safey Partnerships Outreach Guide and use CEF funds for activities like National Night Out and Heroes and Helpers.• Support effective emergency management partnerships.• Assess and train physical security process that will prevent loss (e.g, merchandise protection, vendor controls, security zone, fitting room processes, alarm management, key controls and technology management).
