Managing Surveyor for a national Building Control Approved Inspector. Experienced at dealing with a wide range of complex commercial projects, working across both private sector and local authority, and bringing a wealth of technical knowledge gained over 15+ years in Building Control. I am currently responsible for managing a team of surveyors throughout the Midland region, including within our Bedford and Cannock offices, and involved in all aspects of the Building Control service delivery and business performance. I have a day-to-day responsibility for supervising and training staff, marketing and promotion of our Building Control Approved Inspector services, alongside a successful Building Control service delivery such as examination of plans, consultation with the Fire Authority and site inspections during construction.
