ABOUT ANTHONY MUNGO
I have a Master of Arts in English Literature whose research interest is in Africana and Post-Colonial Literature, focused primarily on the areas of Gender and Sexuality Studies and how the role of identity formation and machismo has impacted the lived experiences of queer and trans men of color. I am researching schools to do my Ph.D. in English with a focus on Literature and Culture to continue furthering my research areas by posing innovative questions and understanding how the area of humanities can become more diverse and open to understanding the unique experiences that queer and trans communities of color through the role of literature and performance studies.
