Key Achievements:•Provided expert legal advice on a variety of investment banking transactions, including Equity Capital Market (ECM), Debt Capital Market (DCM), Debt Financing, and Global Markets transactions.•Successfully advised on a major rights issue and public offer, guided them through a complex 9 billion ordinary share offering and successfully navigating regulatory challenges, including securing a crucial concession from the SEC regarding currency conversion.•Led a $10 million credit facility for a Nigerian subsidiary, providing legal advice and structuring the facility to finance the construction of new towers.
