I’m a husband, son, and the youngest of eight siblings. After spending a decade in the staffing industry growing and developing offices across the U.S, I earned multiple year-over-year milestones, including top revenue growth in 2019.In 2021, I stepped away from corporate life to pursue entrepreneurship. That December, I launched Invictus Talent Solutions, a recruiting firm focused on placing high-performing sales talent.Beyond recruiting, I’m also a multi-business owner:My wife Krista and I run The Mobile Barkery, a dog treat food truck that brings healthy, fun snacks to dog lovers around Southern California.We also operate Airbnb properties in Big Bear, CA, Joshua Tree, CA and Las Vegas, NV.And I’m owner of Costa Mesa Jiu Jitsu, where I help lead a community rooted in discipline, self-improvement, and Jiu Jitsu.I’m passionate about helping people grow — whether that’s clients, candidates, students, or fellow business owners.
