I run Heliolab, a technology design studio in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. We help mission-driven organizations adopt AI, improve workflows, and build digital tools that fit how their teams actually work.Before that, I spent 15 years working across the full product lifecycle: front-end development, product design (UX/UI), and product leadership. Having worked at every level gives me a wider lens on how technology actually lands inside an organization. It means I can sit with a frontline worker, a CTO, or a funder and understand what they each need from the same system.
