As a Director of Process Improvement, my role is critical in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within Supplemental Health Care. I this role I am responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to improve the company\'s business processes. Utilizing Six Sigma DMAIC and Agile Scrum methodologies, this role works closely with various cross-functional teams and departments within the organization to identify areas for improvement and to develop and implement solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall quality of services provided by Supplemental Health Care.
