At our Bronx Borough Office we provide specific school support around the myriad of content within Teaching and Learning, Specifically, we provide professional development (PD) offerings. Some of the offerings are on topics like Instructional Focus, Quality Review, Mid-Year Assessment, Orientation on NYS/NYC and school data sources etc. Our reason for being is to build capacity for the principal\'s designee(s) and besides PD offerings our educator are exposed to synthesizing various NYS, NYC and school specific data, which are used to inform and drive instructional planning. We also share best practices for the creation, monitoring and revising of goals set to improve student achievement and improved teacher practice. Lastly, we also assist principals with weekly NYC Department of Education (DOE) Chancellor\'s mandates via Principal\'s Weekly,
