As AVP of Lending at Buckeye State Credit Union, I focus on driving lending initiatives that expand responsible access to credit while strengthening portfolio performance and member relationships. I’m passionate about building lending programs that are both operationally strong and deeply member-focused.Beyond my role within Buckeye State, I remain actively engaged in advancing the credit union industry.I serve on the America’s Credit Unions Lending Council, including participation on the Conference Committee, where I collaborate with credit union leaders from across the country to shape industry conversations around lending strategy, emerging risks, and opportunities to better serve members.I am also a Founding Member of the FICO Credit Union Advisory Board, providing practitioner insight on credit scoring, risk strategy, and how data and analytics can better support credit unions in expanding access to credit while maintaining strong portfolio performance.
