His expertise in completions and commissioning planning and execution, specifically using integrated digital workflows for systems-based mechanical completion turnover and operational handover, ensures repeatable outcomes that safeguard schedules, reduce total installed cost, and build confidence with clients around the digital workflow. Tony is one of Canada’s most respected leaders in commissioning, systems completions planning, and project execution. Since beginning his career, he has built a legacy defined by integrity, technical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to delivering measurable results.His career spans senior executive and subject matter expert roles across global energy, automation, and engineering organizations. He has held leadership positions including Vice President – Integrated Completions & Commissioning Services and President – True North Instrumentation Electrical Services, where he guided financial growth, led mergers and acquisitions, and strengthened operational capacity. Earlier in his career, Tony also held key leadership roles with ABB, Ber-Mac Electrical & Instrumentation, and Emerson Process Management-Kenonic Controls, where he was responsible for large-scale project construction, commissioning readiness, and strategic growth initiatives.What drives Tony isn’t just the projects—it’s his knowledge that commissioning is key to accelerating Mechanical Completion into operations while creating as-built engineering date enabling operations to maintain and run the asset after RFO, establishing and audit trail of final preparation, discipline, and collaboration.
