I began working at age 8 in my family’s retail business, where I learned early what it means to compete, execute, and put customers first. After earning my degree from the University of Delaware, I built my career at Stanley Black & Decker, progressing from sales into senior channel leadership with full P&L ownership.Over the past eight years, I’ve advanced from Assistant Channel Manager to Vice President, leading across multiple categories, channels, and customer segments—from independents to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. I’m known for creating clarity in complex environments and turning challenges into executable growth strategies.I currently serve as Vice President of Sales for the Ace Hardware business. Outside of work, I’m a husband and father who values curiosity, relationships, and new experiences.
