With intent based leadership I have enjoyed working in, developing and leading high performing teams throughout a 39-year career in Aviation in various leadership positions at three companies. Under a Just and Learning Culture, these results-oriented teams were free to bring new solutions to problems allowing for speed of execution within a tight regulatory framework. New leaders then emerge to make the entire operations and corporate teams even more successful. Using interest-based bargaining, positive solutions have been achieved in company-union relations and company-vendor relations throughout rounds of collective bargaining and numerous aircraft and operations projects allowing growth in the operation on-time, within budget and set up for a sustainable future. Using data supported influence throughout the organizations I have worked for, regulatory authorities, and industry lobby groups, both nationally and internationally, I remain positioned as a leader for change.
