About Anthony Lytle

I have spent 20 years in the Construction industry with a diverse background and knowledge of every aspect of construction project management. I am well versed in project management from concept to completion, contract negotiations, contract execution, change management, jobsite safety, scheduling, procurement, communication and customer relations. I have experience managing projects as a sub-contractor, prime GC, and Owner. In my previous positions, I was responsible for managing all construction activities from buyout to turnover required to ensure project success. In my current position, I plan, procure, execute and manage all construction projects from concept to completion. I work directly with internal customers to understand their needs and manage and implement the entire process to meet their goals. My goal every day is to set and exceed expectations for the continual demand from my internal customers for all construction project request. I have successfully met all schedules and budgets for every major plant expansion project while also successfully implementing and managing the multiple small to medium size projects at our world class production facility.I love building relationships with customers and take great pride in my customer relations, communication, project history and project success for the entire team.
