Throughout my time in public accounting I have acquired an extensive array of technical accounting knowledge and experiences, particularly in financial statement reporting and filings, debt restructurings, revenue recognition, multiple element arrangements, lease accounting, going concern evaluations, SOX 404 implementation, audits of ICFR, and SEC reporting.What sets my experience apart from my peers is the breadth of my client experience in the industries of real estate, healthcare, technology, government and manufacturing. Some clients I have been in service of include sTec, Inc. which was an early player in the enterprise SSD market and was acquired by Western Digital in 2013, Buy.com which was acquired by Rakuten and is now recognized as Rakuten Shopping USA, International Media Holdings, Inc.(owner of Specific Media & Myspace) which was later acquired by publisher Time, Inc. and Western Dental, a dental services company with a regional footprint adjusting to changes resulting from the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.At each step of the way it has been my joy to understand business operations and evaluate performance.
