About Anthony Lopinto
After 20+ years of corporate finance experience, I have decided to make a career change into education. I enrolled at Hofstra University as part of the process to get certified, adding to my content education (MS in Accounting & MBA). I am excited to start my journey for the 2023-24 school year, splitting time at New Hyde Park Memorial HS and Floral Park Memorial HS in Sewanhaka Schools District. I have not made this decision lightly. However, I never saw myself as being a corporate professional, but as it turns out I was good at it. It has been a wonderful career of challenges and success, but I wanted something more rewarding. With that said, I am not romanticizing the profession; I understand the effort and dedication it takes to be successful.
