I am a passionate and driven professional who strives to find innovative solutions to challenging problems so that I can leave something better than I found it. Throughout my life I have always prioritized efficiency and quality in my day-to-day tasks, instead of completing just as told and moving on. I find whatever I’m doing to be more enjoyable when I notice areas of improvement in all categories. This has allowed me to gain expertise and the ability to create a better product of similar nature in the future. I excel in financial and risk analysis which allows me to provide accurate and in-depth investment recommendations for all accounts managed by me. When starting my career, I was given the opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of project management and account management. In my current role, I communicate with applicant company executives and brokers to learn as much as possible about an applicant company. This allows me to to fully understand a company\'s total risk and how profitable their risks and exposures may be. Collaborating with people from different areas of the profession has allowed me to understand what areas I can improve through feedback and review. This has allowed me to develop strategies toward personal advancement in any responsibility entrusted to me. Ultimately, I am driven to make things better and enjoy introducing ideas that make a lasting impression. If I’m ever stuck, I’ll use that as an opportunity to learn all potential solutions and further hone my ability to navigate complex issues. Growing up, my father would say, “there\'s a million ways to skin a cat” and it has proven true in every scenario I have faced. I’m grateful for the experience and education I have gained throughout my life because it\'s fueled my drive to perform at my highest potential. My ideal work environment is somewhere that I can use my creativity to improve and develop abilities that positively impact my duties and place of employment.
