As an Account Manager with Actalent, I am responsible for Business Development and Account Management within the Automotive Industries in Southern California. My role is to facilitate prospecting, business development and client management. Overview: • Identify, manage, and maintain top accounts; business development. • Qualify opportunities directly with department managers and directors. • Negotiate new contracts, rates, and duration. • Provide clients with current market trends. • Identify top candidates that fit my clients\' specific needs and budget. • Responsible for recruiter management as well as fulfillment and operations.
