   Responsible for strategic planning and analytics, enterprise project management, marketing and communications, government affairs, community health, behavioral health services, the Ballad Health Innovation Institute, and the Ballad Health Foundation for this 21-hospital integrated health system operating in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Co-chair the system’s Value Based Services Council with the Chief Medical Officer and Chair the system’s Innovation Council. Managed the system’s Chief Information Officer for twelve months post-merger to integrate two IT organizations and launch the system’s Epic EHR conversion, and now responsible for building the system’s analytics and digital front door capabilities. Led the new management team and board of directors through its first environmental scenario planning process in 2019.
