A metallurgical and materials engineer (Montana Tech) with experience in Gold, silver, copper and phosphate mineral processing. Extensive experience in crushing and milling involving SAG and Ball milling. De-bottle necking grinding circuits when processing hard ore and soft ore to increase SAG Mill throughput utilizing SAG liner re design, grinding media evaluation /change, pebble crusher optimization and hydrocyclones optimization to name a few.Extensive knowledge in gold, copper sulfide flotation and phosphate flotation. Knowledge in cyanide leaching pertaining to CIL, CIP and CIC/ heap leach. Activated carbon striping (Zadra and AARL), regeneration (acid and thermal) and management to reduce fouling that increases gold losses in solution tails. Solid tails trouble shooting through extended leaching, oxygen and grind size optimization and diagnostic leach to name a few. Metallurgical test work expertise include ore characterization for Mill feed and heap leach. Rock hardness, PSD, bottle rolls, flotation test works, column testing and reagent sensitivity to name a few. Experience in metallurgical accounting and month end metallurgical reconciliation.Supervised and mentored metallurgical engineers and organized training for plant operators on the basic mineral processing principles behind the processing plant. Safety champion ensuring safety and health is the focus in the work area. Driving to achieve KPI\"s in a safe and environmentaly sound manner.
