Revamped Issue Management Tools such as Issue Capture Form and innovated a Central Issue Tracking System, along with iCAPS instruction manual to comprehensively improve the workflow efficiency to drive a more effective Issue Management Process. • Provide Issue Management support for multiple teams across the Wealth Division through the Issue Management Life Cycle such as Issue & CAP creation, Issue & CAP closure & Management Status Updates, for both my immediate team and also teams which fall outside scope area to ensure the identified risk addressed. • Produce Corrective Action Plans (CAPS) Closure Memos and Issue Closure Packs that document the remediation actions taken by the businesses to ensure effective remediation of the identified risk. • Conduct on-going meeting with relevant stakeholders to foster timely remediation actions by the business to eliminate or reduce the identified risk.
