Simple, easy, automation.Long Story:Perched on a scaffold 100 feet above the ground, with the Caribbean Sea stretching endlessly before me, I took in a rare moment of awe during a hectic day on an oil refinery. Not long after, I found myself in Jiangsu Province, China, teaching English to kids in a small industrial town. Shortly after that, educating and helping young adults with severe mental disabilities grocery shop and be a part of their community, several years later, I was delivering chest compressions in an emergency room.These unconventional chapters across industries, continents, and states of urgency have shaped not just my worldview, but my approach to connecting with people. From small business ownership and education to behavioral health and bedside nursing, each role sharpened my ability to listen deeply, adapt quickly and speak the language of trust.That same lens now guides me in the world of healthcare tech, specifically, helping clinics grow by solving a pain point I’ve seen firsthand: broken, billing systems. After experiencing the strain nurses and providers face trying to deliver care while juggling billing inefficiencies and administrative overhead, I am now on the other side helping to solve those problems.Now, I partner with private practices to deliver RCM solutions through Athelas that actually work. My approach blends direct outreach with unexpected touches; sparking curiosity, offering surprise, and grounding everything in real value. I’m not just selling software; I’m flipping the script on how practices view revenue management, making it personal, frictionless and built for the humans behind the billing codes.
