Guided hiring managers in interviewing and coaching potential candidates and facilitating panel interviews- Facilitated the full cycle recruitment of several departments including Cage, Public Area (EVS), Hotel, Bell Desk, Players Club. Helping depts maintaining employee records within HRIS system and track success of hiring efforts with data- Attended Job Fairs and hosted various hiring events; screening and interviewing candidates seeking employment - Created and posted openings on career site and outside applications, i.e. Indeed.com- Guided candidates through policies and procedures of their respective departments as well as communicate updates to their upcoming management teams- Employee checks, i-9 verification, identification, policies and procedures, employee files (pictures, badges, files), biometrics- Oversaw the full-cycle onboarding process from the initial interview scheduling to the last step ensuring the candidate was equipped and prepared successfully for their first day- Assisted to redevelop onboarding process leading to 33% increase in employee onboarding efficiency.
