The real estate analyst position performs the most technical and complex tasks related to right-of-way services. The 1824 Right-of-Way Analyst would work closely with SFPUC project managers and engineers to provide right-of-way services for capital infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, alternatives analyses, title research and review, property acquisition, relocation services, and right-of-way certification. Additionally, the analyst would negotiate real estate agreements with private parties, other City and County of San Francisco departments, and federal, state, and local public agencies for the use of SFPUC land; participate in the disposition of underutilized assets; participate in the development of policies and procedures governing SFPUC land; and perform other related duties as assigned.
