Serve as Bermuda’s liaison to U.S. policymakers, agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders and engage in financial policy advocacy to promote Bermuda’s economic and financial policy interests.• Serve as Bermuda’s investment and tourism ambassador in the U.S, promoting the island as a world-class destination for leisure travel, business events, and hospitality investment.• Facilitate Bermuda’s economic, political, and trade engagement with U.S. federal stakeholders, Congress, and global business leaders, while advising Bermuda ministers on bilateral economic opportunities.• Attract fintech, family office, and asset management interest by promoting Bermuda’s regulatory leadership in digital assets and financial service industries and securing events and conferences on the island.• Spearhead strategic market entry discussions with U.S. and international companies exploring Bermudainvestment.• Direct efforts to influence regulatory and legislative frameworks governing financial services, digital assets, and international policy, and advise on U.S. policies impacting Bermuda’s interests.• Execute policy strategies to position Bermuda as a leader in digital payments, fintech, and cross-borderregulatory compliance with U.S. financial regulations.• Conduct policy research and risk analysis assessing impacts on investment opportunities.• Collaborate with financial industry agencies and financial regulators to align policy positions and enhance Bermuda’s presence in international financial markets.• Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments affecting financial and digital regulations.• Engage in public speaking, media relations and high-profile industry events to promote Bermuda’s position and strengthen stakeholder engagement.• Organize high-profile industry events, stakeholder roundtables, and policy forums to position Bermuda as a leader in financial innovation and regulatory best practices.
