Leading a team of 11 with responsibility for the EHS, Occupational Health Clinics, DOT/IATA, Sustainability, & Security program for the largest division of Caterpillar comprised of 15k employees globally across 4 diverse business units. The Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) touches nearly every element of the services value stream from procurement to design- and manufacturing to distribution. PSLD is responsible for aftermarket parts distribution of CAT parts, integrated logistics, segment procurement, and the design and manufacture of wear and maintenance components, e.g, steel products (undercarriage and GET), and specialty products (seals, tubes and hardware, hose and couplings, fluids and filters).• Human performance implementation: created/led strategic plan to educate 1k+ leaders; executed 6 months ahead of goal• Inherited TRIR spike; reconfigured RCA process overlayed with Human Factors; 20% reduction YOY ’22-‘23- sustained YTD.• Led a cross functional team to develop Division’s sustainability strategy, mobilized Op’s on primary reduction opportunities. • Functional reorg needed; 2 team members promoted to Corp.
