Key Responsibilities:• Utilising agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions, determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items, scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes, monitoring progress and performance, assisting teams in making improvements.• Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups, collaborating with Product Owners to prioritise backlogs and new requests, directing teams in the implementation of changes effectively, ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint, guiding development teams to higher scrum maturity.• Leading onshore and offshore remote workers, planning and organising demos and product/system testing• Line managing individuals.Key Achievements:• Growth of platform and resource through implementation and adoption of scaled scrum and adherence to best practise.• Onboarding, coaching and mentoring of new resource across geographic locations.• Successful delivery of strategic, high value projects, by utilising agile frameworks, effectively coordination of the communication processes in and out of the project team, as well as introducing, implementing and streamlining work processes, enabling all projects to be delivered with time and budget constraints.• Forging, maintaining and nurturing strong relations with various internal and external delivery teams and key stakeholders, facilitating the removal of impediments to the Digital Scrum Team, and the delivery of solutions.• Strengthening the capabilities of the Digital Scrum Team, by encouraging and driving continuous improvement, through introspection, retrospection and adaptation.• Line management and progression of direct reports.
