ABOUT ANTHONY HART

With over two decades of experience in MEP services within construction, I’ve led all commercial aspects of MEP services packages from pre-construction through to on-site delivery. My role involves collaborating and coordinating with various teams to ensure clients receive a safe, sustainable and successful project from start to finish.I’ve worked on diverse projects across the UK in sectors including commercial shell and core/Cat A fit-outs, government frameworks, education, healthcare, banking, airports and private. My goal is to deliver high-quality MEP solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Building strong relationships with clients, the supply chain and internally is something I value highly and have worked hard to cultivate a trusted supply chain at Mace Construct to drive business growth through winning projects and efficient delivery.Beyond my commercial responsibilities, I play a key role in driving innovation and well-being within our business. I’m part of the Well-being Champions team, where I organise webinars, mental health seminars and events. For my efforts, I won a prestigious Chairman’s Award at my previous company Wates for Health & Well-being. I also leverage my strong relationships with the MEP supply chain and design consultants to incorporate new technologies and sustainable solutions from pre-construction through to delivery and PC. My mission is to create positive environmental, societal and business impact, and ensure people return home safely.Throughout my 10 years at Wates Construction and Wates Smartspace, I’ve developed a range of key skills. I’m currently enjoying my new role as a Senior Commercial Manager at Mace Construct, where I’ve been tackling challenging and complex projects over the past two years. This has broadened my knowledge across various and diverse sectors, particularly through my work on two airport projects.
