In conjunction with the High School principal, oversee and manage the daily operations associated with the administrative management of high school operations to include supervision of the HHS staff. •Provide oversight and continual assessment of the instructional program to sustain student academic performance and improvement in key areas.•Monitor staff members on goal progress and achievement. Observe and evaluate teacher performance and provide guidance on implementing new plans for overall development of the students.•Serve as the Department Supervisor for the Science, Business Education and Library Media departments.•Oversight of the following academic and administrative tasks: 504 and Homebound Coordinator; placement of substitute teachers; and procurement of textbooks and supplies. •Administer and enforce appropriate student discipline to ensure a safe and productive learning experience.
