Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance – Assistant Corporate Controller at Teleflex, I oversee global consolidation and reporting for a $3B+ medical device company, ensuring GAAP/SEC compliance across 100+ entities worldwide.My strength is bridging operational accounting with strategic oversight. Early in my career, I gained hands-on experience in cost accounting and manufacturing finance — from standard cost builds and inventory control to variance analysis and plant-level reporting. That foundation still shapes how I lead today, connecting the details of “how the sausage is made” with big-picture financial strategy.At Teleflex, I’ve helped transform the company’s finance infrastructure: leading an Oracle HFM consolidation upgrade, partnering with HR on a SAP SuccessFactors payroll implementation, and playing a key role in our enterprise-wide transition to SAP S/4HANA. I’ve also supported strategic initiatives including M&A integration, legal/tax restructuring, and spin-off readiness, while maintaining an audit-ready, high-integrity environment.My career began at PwC in audit and assurance, followed by operational and technical accounting roles at DuPont, before joining Teleflex in 2015.
